Spring is at the ready! A time of transformation and new beginnings. Bring your gripes and intentions for this season and join us for a guided nature and forest therapy experience.
Awaken your senses and connect with nature during this mindful walk with Amy Bernstein, an ANFT forest therapy guide in training. On this walk, she will guide us through gentle invitations to open our senses, cultivate presence, and invite healing and meaningful interactions between ourselves and the natural world.
This walk is designed to slow us down, bring us into the immediacy of the present moment, and support us to open our senses and awareness to the magic and mystery of the natural world. While Amy is a licensed mental health practitioner, in her role as a forest therapy guide she steps aside to allow nature to be the therapist.
