  • Base Camp (After School Program) - 2nd-8th Grades

    Wayfinders Base Camp explores our connections with nature, ourselves, each other and our communities through weekly fire circles and immersive nature connection games, social emotional learning, leadership development, and community building. Specials like nature photography, trash to treasures mosaics, and survival skills (i.e. fire techniques and shelter building) are sprinkled throughout the season.

    Groups meet one day a week after school on Tuesday or Wednesday afternoons.

    Same age and mixed age opportunities are available throughout Base Camp. Mixed age groups fosters personal growth and village building. Younger kids look up to older kids as role models. Older kids grow into strong leaders as they facilitate activities and work with younger kids.

    Offered during Fall & Spring semesters (program is seasonal and participants can sign up for one or both semesters).

  • Internships - 9th-12th Grades

    Wayfinders Junior Mentors and Mentor In Training programs provides teens with the essential skills and character building to effectively mentor youth. Participants join Tuesday or Thursday Base Camp and serve as a a Junior Mentor (9th-10th) or Mentor in Training (11th-12th). Participants who complete the training will receive a Wayfinder’s Mentorship Skills Certification.

    Offered during Fall & Spring semesters (program is seasonal and participants can sign up for one or both semesters).

    9th & 10th Graders (Junior Mentors) - Tuition: $600; Community Service Hours Available

    11th & 12th Graders (Mentor in Training) - eligible for community service hours or stipend

  • Passages - 6th-9th Grades

    A monthly earth-based program for youth ages 12-14.

    Passages supports a blossoming community of youth committed to the Wayfinders values of caring for ourselves, each other, and the earth.

    During this age where youth are questioning their identities, friend groups are shifting, bodies are changing, and social media and screen time is influential - we gather to ground ourselves by deepening our competency, connection, and care for each other and the larger cycles of life. We learn new skills and make beautiful crafts focused on personal empowerment, and exploring our place in the larger collective.

  • Corporate Retreats (Adults)

    Team Building meets nature connection and Social Emotional Learning to create healthy workplaces and teams.

  • School Programs (All Ages)

    Wayfinders provides orientations, after-school programs, in-school programs, field trips, and professional development.
