Wise Owls (65+)

“Wise Owls” is a facilitated experience for people 65+ to be active* outside in nature and pause to bring more meaning to this moment, feel gratitude, and connect with other people in the same stage of life as they explore their connection to themselves, each other, and the earth.

The program is facilitated by Co-Founders Leah Gozhansky, Certified Nature Informed Therapist & Gwen Merkin, Trained in Ecopsychology

*walking at Scenic Hudson Park on easy walking paths or hiking on trails at Lenoir Preserve

Two options for days and locations:

Mondays at Scenic Hudson in Irvington, Tuesdays at Lenoir Preserve in Yonkers
