Rich Pacheco is a finance and operations professional with over 15 years of experience in leadership roles at both startup and established service-based businesses. As CFO and COO of Red Antler Group, a brand-building company focused on helping new ventures thrive, he works closely with teams to enhance operational efficiency and guide strategic growth. With an MBA from Columbia Business School, Rich combines strategic insight with a collaborative approach, aligning vision with practical, scalable solutions to create lasting value for organizations.

Beyond his professional role, Rich is the co-founder of Hudson Pickle, a thriving pickleball community and club, and is a certified pickleball instructor. His deep connection to nature and well-being fuels his love for canoeing, camping, and fishing, which he enjoys with his family. Rich also serves as the Treasurer of the TaSH Farmers Market and is a member of Opal Wearables’ Advisory Board.

A resident of Sleepy Hollow, Rich is proud to support Wayfinders as both a parent and board member, aligning with their mission to provide equitable access to nature and cultivate future sustainability leaders.
